Aleph 5*

The Hotel Aleph occupies a building which was once a bank, situated right in the heart of Rome, just meters away from the city's fashionable Via Veneto

. The Aleph is a strikingly different Italian luxury hotel, far removed from the traditional period opulence one might expect to find in the eternal city. The highly quoted American interior designer,AdamTihany, was responsible for the décor which expresses his playful and decidedly stylish contemporary interpretation of heaven and hell.
The powerful red interiors have an immediate and lasting impact on all those entering the hotel, a color which continues to dominate through the main lobbies, restaurant and bars of the Hotel Aleph.
The hotel's 96 bedrooms and suites are decorated in moresoothing earthy tones. The interiors of the bedrooms reflect an eclectic mix of design influences, from 30's and 40's Italian art deco to slick contemporary minimalism. Large black and white prints on the walls depict photographer Bram Tihany's Roman street scenes. The hotel's suites have gloriously comfortable sitting rooms leading out on to a private terrace with Jacuzzi. The sleeping and living areas of the Junior suites are separated by a glass frame.
The ultra chic "Sin" restaurant, popular with both hotel guests and locals alike, serves fabulous Mediterranean cuisine. The hotel's "AlephParadise Spa" is situated on basement level, in rooms which once served as the vault's of the old bank. This superb urban spa is equipped with sauna, Turkish bath, thermal swimming pool and fitness room. A full range of massages and body treatments are performed by the spa's highly qualified therapists.
The hotel has a state-of-the-art conference room for up to 70 people, making the Aleph a much requested venue for top level meetings and events held in Rome
