Proposal 2 - Pilgrimage tour - 9 days/ 8 nights

Arrival at   Rome Fiumicino Airport and meeting   with our   Tour escort.

Transfer   by private coach to your hotel. Accommodation at hotel.

Rome by   night with local   guide and   visit   of Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon,

Navona   Square   with the Four River Fountain, Bernini’s masterpiece.

Welcome   dinner at restaurant close to Piazza Navona  and overnight.    

 

After   breakfast you   will meet the local guide for a full day   visit of Rome including St. Mary Major Basilica, St. John’s in Lateran Basilica and   Holy Stairs, Vatican Museum with Sistine Chapel and   St. Peter’s Basilica. Back to hotel for   dinner and overnight.    

 

After breakfast   departure for   Assisi . Arrival and visit   of St. Mary of the Angel’s Basilica.

Accommodation at hotel and   lunch. In the afternoon half day visit   with local   guide of   St.

Francis’ and   St. Clare’s Basilicas .Dinner and overnight at hotel

After breakfast departure for Siena and half day visit   of the city   with local guide, of

the city is famous for the Piazza del Campo and its Cathedral. Free time for lunch and 

In the afternoon arrival   in Florence. Accommodation at the hotel and rest of the day

at disposal. Dinner and overnight.

 

After   breakfast you   will meet the local   guide for a full day   visit of Florence including,

Santa Maria Novella Church, the Duomo, the Baptistery, Santa   Croce Basilica and the

Uffizzi Gallery. Dinner at   hotel and overnight         

 

After breakfast departure for   Padua. Arrival and accommodation in hotel.

In the afternoon half   day visit , with local guide , of Padua including  of St. Anthony’s Basilica. 

Free time for   personal   activities. Overnight and dinner at   hotel.  

 

After breakfast departure for the visit   of Venice. Transfer by private boat to   St. Mark’s

Square where   you will meet the local guide . Half day visit   of St. Mark Square, St. Mark Basilica    

and the Doge’s Palace. Time free for personal activities and transfer by private boat to reach

the coach. Transfer back to Padua for dinner and overnight .

 

After breakfast departure for Verona. You will meet the local   guide for an   half day guided visit

of the historic centre where you will see the famous Arena amphitheatre, used for the open air Opera Festival, the Church of San Zeno, Piazza delle Erbe and the Romeo & Juliet ‘s balcony.

In the afternoon on to the south part   of the lake Garda. Accommodation at   hotel, dinner and   overnight.       

 

After breakfast transfer to Malpensa airport for departure.

Masses can be organized   every day and Papal Audience in   Rome will take place on Wednesday.
